He used a variety of advertising and kept a steady contact going with us and the buying public until a sale was made. The quality of his salesmanship provided us with a good buyer at pennies off the full price we were asking. This gave us the ability to purchase the home we desired and everything was done smoothly with no problem. This is not the first home Bob sold for us. On all the previous sales, there was also a consistent effort on his part to locate the right buyers for each of our other homes. His approach is honest and trustworthy with continued concern on his part to please his customers. I might add that he also helped us buy one home that took over nine months to settle. There were problems on the seller end and if Bob hadn't carried on a daily correspondence with us, the sellers, and the courts involved, we would never have had the opportunity to purchase that home.
