You can compute your monthly interest and principal payment, just enter the term in months, the interest rate (eg: 7.5) without the percent sign and the principal amount that you want to borrow. Then select the 'Calculate' button and your monthly payment will be displayed. # of Payments Interest Rate Principal   Monthly Payment Remember, the monthly payment calculated does not include taxes or insurance premiums, which will often be added to your monthly payment.
